Brain Studio's Paul Daly http://pauldaly.brainstudio.com

In the Pre-Cambrian era of 1971, Paul Daly published his first comic-strip zine, the aptly titled Omega. The Mesozoic epoch began with his college years where he labored on various fanzines and comic strips for the school newspaper, finally graduating from Benedictine College with degrees in Art and English in 1977.

The Triassic age began in earnest with Paul producing the strip-zine Swashbucklers and the now famed DC Batman artist Rick Burchett. Stints at writing and drawing for Americomics followed as well as more college syndicated strips and fanzines.

The early Jurassic period started Paul's career in independent comics such as Terranauts with Don Secrease and covers for Malibu Comics: PLANET OF THE APES and ALIEN NATION. Caliber Comics followed with back-up strips for Deadworld and others and finally, the three-issue western mini-series BOUNTY.

Segueing into the Late Jurassic with commercial art jobs and tons of role-playing game work, Paul painted 25 covers for a series of hardcover books on the History of the American West. He followed this up with gaming art for a host of role-playing companies to include TSR, FASA, AEG and WEST END GAMES. Some of the series titles are INDIANA JONES, STAR TREK, DEADLANDS, and SPACE: 1889.

Hist motto "All genres, all the time", continues. He resides with his lovely wife Kimber in St. Louis, Missouri.
